Due to a massive and devastating fire at the main distributors for this product there has been a slight delay in dispatching orders for this item. We have communicated this with the customer who has now replied to our emails. The order has now been dispatched and is on its way and should be delivered tomorrow still within the 4-6 working day delivery quoted when the order was placed.
We do try and dispatch orders as quickly as possible however this situation was completely out of our hands and it has taken ourselves and the manufacturer a few days to create new distribution networks.
We would like to apologise again to the customer.
Fantastic quality SCOBY’s. Everything well packaged. Excellent instructions for the kombucha and the sour dough starter. Fast delivery. Fairness service. Will purchase again.
