First use of site , yet to experience the sitters .. would use again.
The website has glitches .. messages not showing as read, nor replied to .. clunky in trying to navigate .. but customer service was polite & took on board my issues when I phoned.

Very easy to get someones services.
Happy with the services provided, but just had a hard time trying to work out how to work the computer. Just me - when I went to school we had slide rulers.
