Our customers receive dispatch notification emails with information about the delivery company - delivery time frames and ways to contact the delivery company to enquire about the progress of the delivery. We work mostly with third-party delivery companies and choose the best one for the order depending on the product, quantity and delivery postcode. Most delivery companies contact the customers prior to delivery to inform them about the delivery date and time slot.
If there are any parts missing, please drop us an email on ask@happybeds.co.uk with your order number and part reference numbers and we will send the replacement parts straight away.
