The response to my enquiry via Age Concern was very quick. Representative came within 3 days and lift fitted within 2 weeks of initial enquiry. Lift works well definitely fit for purpose.

The engineer arrived on time and he worked hard installing the lift in 2-3 hrs. Everything worked perfectly and he then gave the wife instructions how to use the stairlift. She is extremely happy now...
