It was pathetic no proper breakfast. Tour guide was rude and wanted things done his way. No proper organisation skills.

Our breakfast consists of cereal, toast, spreads, yogurt, fruit, tea, coffee and juice, this information is available on our website - all guests are able to purchase breakfast items elsewhere or get breakfast at a cafe, depending on the day's itinerary. We’re sorry you didn’t feedback to us whilst on the tour, so that we could have dealt with your complaint at the time and made things more enjoyable for you. Hi Carys, I don’t see if the customer has paid $5000+ for 21 days NZ tour experience.Why should they be buying their own breakfast? Unless you guys just wanted to mint money out of customers. The guide was unprofessional and rude in so many places he forgot to inform us things like kayak is cancelled due to it being winter tour and hated to be asked a lot of questions. Anyways I left NZ with a heavy heart as now I am in India already. This is my honest feedback and no two individuals are the same. You guys should check Tripadvisor for legendary tour their are really bad feedbacks there.

Hi, I think there's some miscomms here - I was just clarifying that breakfast is included. No one's expecting customers to purchase anything in addition to what's been provided. Once again, we've passed on your feedback onto the operations team and I can assure you it will be looked into further. Regarding some of your other points, we do clearly state in all our pre-departure comms where the pickup point is for our tours and our itinerary clearly outlines all activities and inclusions.
