We are very sorry that your parcel arrived damaged. I have checked with customer care and they don't have a record of your email but I have asked them to get directly in touch to offer a solution and of course a gift to apologise. This is not our normal standard and we will be in contact with the couriers to find out how the parcel was delivered damaged.

Unfortunately the Curlformers were out of stock when you placed your order. This was shown on the product page and the checkout when you placed the order. But we are sorry if it wasn't clear. The good news is the product is with us and speedily being prepared to send to our lovely customers who placed a pre-order so it should be on it's way to you very shortly. I have checked with the customer service team and we did respond to your email but it may have gone into your junk mail folder. We do have a customer service number which can be found on our delivery information page. As a family run business our customers are very important to us and I am very sorry that your experience this time wasn't a delight (which is what w are aiming for). I will pass your comments on to the team.
