Good morning,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with the delivery timescales.
Having reviewed your order, we can see it was placed and delivered within the timescales quoted at checkout. We also operate a daily order cut-off time of 12:00pm, with orders placed after this being processed on the next working day. This information is available on our website and within your order confirmation.
We appreciate your feedback and have shared your comments with our Customer Care Team to help us continue improving our service.
Kind regards,
Jenny
