Good morning Lindsy,

we certainly accept that there were issues from time to time with our previous courier. This is why from 29/03/2016 we moved to offer fully tracked services from Parcel Force to shorten delivery times and give customers the ability to track their order right to the door via email and SMS and rearrange delivery dates etc to suit when they are available to receive their goods.

We hope that you will consider giving us another try!
