Well packed and timely delivery. A nice finishing touch with a personalised message from the packer

Good price & good quality!

Well packed and arrived promptly .

The items were exactly as on the website and carefully packed with a personal touch. Pleasantly surprised!

I thought the products that arrived looked quality and as described. I didn't received one of the products which I'd orders 6 packets of. This came nearly a week later. A shame from r the experience...

not everything was sent in the parcel. I rang grape and the customer service was good. They sent me the items that was missed the next two days.

Excellent customer service query was sorted very efficiently
