Good to hear that the engineer who made the initial visit was polite and did the appropriate checks finding the faults. You are correct in saying we have a 12 month warranty to parts and labour and would always arrange a revisit if required. However, we can never guarantee when this might be exactly.
Great that the fault has cleared, your feedback will be shared now with our service team to investigate further with the engineer.

Grande Digital Operations Manager has contacted me since I posted my comments and we had a very productive discussion.
Although the fault still is appearing to have rectified itself we have agreed that I should contact Grande Digital in the near future to arrange for their engineer to call again to inspect/interrogate my system for both parties satisfaction.
I have upgraded Grande Digital to a full 5 stars due to the high regard of the company and management towards their employees, their quality of product and the satisfaction of their customers.
It is wonderful to find a company who reviews their customer comments and responds appropriately.
