It was a £10 part and a 15 minute job so I think £210 is excessive

More than I expected to pay but he did a good job . I was sent receipt by email but it seems to have disappeared. Had to wait a day but I'm happy with it anyway.

Steer clear from this company. 450 for an ariel . Not new coax . I regret ringing them I feel like I've been ripped off. I should get 200 back . Woman on my own on universal credit. I feel like a fool now. Can't trust people like this.

After accepting the quote, the engineer, just got on with the removal of the aerial. 1ins max.Very efficient and tidy. Breaking the aerial and putting it in the bin.
