Hi, we are so sorry to hear that your item arrived damaged. We typically use packing tape on all items with lids to prevent them from leaking, as sometimes items can get damaged in transit. We can see that you sent us an email informing us of the damage and we have sent over a free returns label so you can send the damaged item back.
