Our only complaint I would have is our group was two separate bookings and one group paid more than the other group and golf breaks couldn't explain that

Thank you I am happy to see that you enjoyed your golf break to France. I have reviewed your booking and can see that there was a difference in the pricing due to the choice in an A la carte and 3 course dinner menus; therefore rest assured both groups paid the correct price I hope this helps and I will look forward to hearing about your next golf break

Had trouble with airlines and booking seats we wanted and were not aware of choice of airline and ended up with Thomas Cooke and all had one of the worst flights back we have ever had

would have scored higher except complimenatry buggy debacle spoilt things

I am happy to hear that you enjoyed your break on the whole. I apologise for the confusion at the venue in regards to the buggies. I can see that buggies were included but the venue only booked 1 per round. As there were 3 of you, it caused an issue with the second. However I can see the 2nd buggy was resolved.

Good service initially but then let down by the poor response when I wanted to add another member to my party.
Vouchers for golf courses should be printable separately.
