Great helpful service from anybody I had any dealings with. Special mention to Alex for all his help with the booking. All participants had a great 2 days at Celtic Manor.

Expected perhaps some kind of check in ahead of the break to confirm all the arrangements. Having said that though, everything went smoothly. Hotel was nice.
