Hi Bart, thank you for your honest feedback. Our fully qualified coaches try and use their experience to decide what activities to do on the pitch. With 20 children aged between 4-5, we felt instead of trying to get all the kids together and run through drills, we would just let them play and enjoy themselves. That is our number 1 aim of these parties. I am delighted to hear the food went down a treat! I am sorry that the children were not offered juice during the first hour of this event, we will take this on board and make sure we do this moving forward. I have been made aware that the manager on shift listened to your feed back and offered you compensation for the mishaps during your party. We pride ourselves on ensuring the children have a great time, and even though we feel this happened, there was definatley aspects of the party in which we can improve.
