Excellent

Very good service and excellent price for my little girls 1st birthday party. Use of the bar and even managed to fit a bouncy castle and ball pit in the Dartford branch.

Disappointed

We paid for premiership party for 10 children. The party host / coach was very rude. We had booked the party for 10 children but he brought out only one pizza with 6 slices. When one of the parents...

Thank you for submitting your review. We are sorry to learn of your disappointment following your visit to our Ruislip club. We hope to ensure all of our customers enjoy their visit and we are sorry that we did not achieve this on this occasion. I am glad after speaking with our club manager the situation was rectified, but sorry it had to come to that. Brilliant day despite the weather

Lovely girls very friendly with me and the kids, my boy absolutely loved it and was happy with the goody bag he received at the end, the drills were a lot of fun, and not 1 child said they didn’t...
