Hi, thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have forwarded this onto the branch and regional manager of our Ipswich centre. This does not meet the high standards we set ourselves and I am overall very disappointed that you never received a call back, not once but twice. Thank you for highlighting this and this will get put to the staff at the club to improve in the future. Thanks, Chris
