Thank you for submitting your feedback. I am sorry you feel you received awful customer service at Goals. This certainly is not what our aim is. Looking at your account I can see your booking was cancelled on the same day the booking was for. As you will know the cancellation policy states all bookings require to be cancelled the day before so as not to receive a charge. If you wish to discuss this matter further please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team on Customerservices@goalsfootball.co.uk. Thank you again.
