My order never arrived in the company never contacted me. I’m not sure what to make of this company is actually real or not.

I am really concerned to see this bad review and have just looked up your order which was placed on Saturday 22nd October - and fulfilled by us on Monday 24th October, meaning you should have received it on Tuesday 25th October via APC couriers. I will have one of our Customer Service advisors check out what has happened and message you directly.
We are really sorry you've had this experience but hopefully we can correct the situation urgently.

As a followup to this review. GoPlaces got in touch and indicated it was potentially lost by the shipper. They've sent a replacement one for 24 hr delivery. I await this pkg, but am pleased at how quickly the company responded and acted to correct my previously negative experience. As a result of this positive customer experience with Go Places, I'm adjusting my rating to 3 stars.

Service was excellent no fuss with the purchase, delivery was without problems. The cases we purchased were what we seen they look good, we have yet to use them. But I see no problems.
