I have spoken to virgin who tell me they have no trace of our booking. I am currently on holiday but I can assure you I will be chasing this in my return

They delay sending e-tickets to their customers. I was informed I'd be getting e-ticket on May 22nd; yet until now I haven't received my e-ticket yet

According to our systems, we have sent you your tickets on the 22nd of May. Sometimes, our emails to you might be delivered straight to your Junk Mail or SPAM folder. Can you please check there just in case?
