Thank you for your feedback. It sounds like you incurred a fee from your bank or the intermediary bank they use to facilitate international transfers. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to predict which of our clients will incur a charge by their bank or intermediary bank as all banks have different terms and conditions set. However, we do understand the frustration this may cause. It may be beneficial to discuss this with your bank.
