Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback, I am sorry the length of time it has taken for your return to be processed has not met your expectations on this occasion. We do ask customers to allow up to 14 days for us to process a return, once we have received it in our warehouse, however, it rarely takes as long as that. I can see we received your return on the 26th September. Due to an end of year stock take, this was not processed until the 2nd October. Unfortunately, it can take some time for parcels to reach us from Australia, although this information should show on the returns portal when you select the service for return.
