Whilst we take every care to ensure that deliveries are made on time, we do use a 3rd party courier and so, unfortunately, sometimes situations may occur that are beyond our control. Hello. Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that your bin has broken. All of our 240 Litre Wheelie Bins are manufactured to EN840 which is the recognised European Standard for mobile waste containers. However, as with all manufacturing processes, occasionally weakness can occur. The wheelie bin arrived very promptly. An added bonus was it was completely put the together with the wheels and lid on and ready to use instantly. I will definitely buy from this company again.
