Thank you for taking time to rate your booking experience with us. We are a growing company and the associate who took your call today is a new associate who is under training and supervision. We continuously strive to offer the best possible personal advice to our customers and all new associates are guided and trained in real-time scenarios having undergone extensive training.
We appreciate that our associates have a lot of facts to learn and I can assure you that your call was being monitored and you were given the best possible airport parking option for a passenger with walking difficulties.
The drop-off zone for your booking is circa 20 metres from the escalators which will take you directly to the departure terminal. Please click here for a visual of the drop-off zone. You only need to cross the street to reach the escalators or lift to go up to the departure terminal.
I hope this is satisfactory and I am sure you will enjoy your airport parking experience and welcome our newest associate to our ever growing team.
