The furniture is fantastic!
However, the delivery was dreadful and i'll be making an official complaint. 2 x 1tonne pallets just left on the side of the road with no one present.

I'm really pleased you got in touch with us to discuss this incident and again I am very sorry that your shopping experience with us was spoiled by a service that was out of our hands. Please understand that we must rely on pallet companies to deliver our larger items for the time being as we don't yet have our own delivery service. We try our best to make it as clear as possible to our customers that a pallet delivery requires two sufficient people to be present at the time arranged between yourself and the courier by including this in the delivery section on our website and in the email you received upon dispatch. We are always open to suggestions on ways in which we can improve our services, so if there is anything you feel we could have done to prevent this from happening please let us know at info@funky-chunky-furniture.co.uk.
