sometimes it was confusing if it was day/month/ year or month/day/year with the dates

Glenda was very nice and helpful. It was a pleasure working with her.

What is there to say. It is all done online. Just answer questions and fill in the form.

Was easy to fill out. Also easy to make a quick change of room assignment Can't recommend yet because all we've done is register.

We spoke with Glenda and she was very helpful answering all of our questions. Very personable and did an awesome job

It was easy to book online.

Our booking was easy to do. Cindy, in FP travel, was excellent in assisting us with our special travel arrangements...thanks

The air department responded fast and made things happen. Great experience.

Always friendly. They go the extra mile to make everything from start to finish first rate.

Best service so far. Staff was knowledgeable and efficient with response. Helped us out with a booking issue to our total satisfaction. This is our first experience with FP and it’s 10/10 so far.
