Harry, the customer rep. that assisted me, went out of his way to make sure every aspect of my reservation went well. I truly appreciated his willingness and disposition to help.

Friendly Planet thank Goodness is the total opposite of Orbitz. The people at Friendly Planet are so helpful and every time you call you deal with a life person and not put on terminal hold.
