Easy to booked on line, responded efficiently on my airline needs..
It will be a 5 star if they have the option to Check and choose the airline when booking on line on their web site.

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback about the booking process. We're glad to know the process was smooth and all of your needs were met by our team! Your suggestion is a great one and in fact will soon become a reality on our website! In early 2018 we are rolling out a new and improved booking engine that will have that very functionality! Happy travels.
Website is well laid out. Easy to determine what the extras and costs associated with them are. To borrow a phrase from Southwest Airlines, there is transfarency! A very good thing!
