Ease of booking.

The reservation agent was very nice and helpful but she told me that she would not be able to apply a referral discount (I'm a new customer) and a coupon. So in essence I lost the referral discount....

This is the 2nd trip we've planned through Friendly Planet. The first was so well done that we have decided to book another through them.

We have booked with Friendly Planet through a travel agency several times and at first, we were skeptical, but after doing your South Africa, India, Nepal, etc. the tours, the hotels, etc. were...

I have recommended FP and I appreciate how well organized they are. Much improvement since 2010 when I took my first trip with FP.

It was easy and fast. No problem so far.

Booking was very easy, but all I’ve received is automated email replies. I was hoping to hear from an actual person or at least something that tells me my booking is being worked on.
