The on-line process for completing the booking process was user friendly.

I missed 24 hours deadline for registration and got a reminder email. Called the Customer Service, the rep was very friendly and told me not to worry and just finish the registration.

I had some difficulty using the computer form, but called the help number. A VERY gracious woman walked me through the whole process, including travel insurance & roommate matchup. Received my email...
