Highlights of Southern Africa was among our most popular tours this year and, especially given the volume of bookings we experience on Cyber Monday, many dates sold out quickly. We’re very sorry that you were unable to get your preferred travel date and that you felt that our sales team didn’t stress the urgency of booking quickly. During site-wide sales, space really does fly! We have, of course, made a note in your booking to contact if you if space does open up, and going forward, we will definitely instruct our sales team to urge travelers to book without delay, especially during big sales.
My booking experience was fine. Very efficient considering it was a very busy day for them! The only thing they forgot was to credit my friend and their new client her new client credit on her...
