Friendly Planet 評論

After multiple times trying to get FP to spell my name correctly I am again bewildered that this seemingly simple thing can't be done correctly. 2 stars is generous. It's not that hard folks.

Very professional

The booking procedure went very well with the pleasant , helpful assistant. She answered several of my questions and I'm glad I had a real person to deal with.

Now I am working with your "Air" dept. there was a little confusion at first but the agent worked diligently to rectify the situation.

We have traveled many times with Friendly Planet and have been very happy with the service and trips taken. This was the first trip we saw that offered two different prices: one with airfare included...

Nice, clear voice. Thank you

I appreciate very much how they do get back to you within a day or so.

Easy to do.

I spoke to Lisa and she was very knowledgable and answered my questions.

Alethea does an outstanding job helping book travel adventures. She knows just how to assist.
