Excellent experience

The booking process went very smoothly and the agent helpful. It would be nice to know the number of tourists in the group which the agent said she was not able to tell.

Signing up for tour was easy, getting flights arranged, not so much.Still haven,t got flight arrangements and can,t get anyone to call me back. Still waiting !!!

The customer service attendant was patient an answered my question to my satisfaction.

I had called about a closed out trip - response back was good news and the girl who took my call was incredibly helpful and courteous, I just wish I could remember her name. She was awesome!!!!
