Not allowed to take chair home because they had no more in stock. We live 300 miles from Glasgow and no delivery was available. Sales assistant very good manager refused to accommodate us.

Everything was completed swiftly. The staff were efficient and to the point.
The only thing that annoyed me was that I wasn't told the delivery charge until I agreed and ready to sign.
