Difficult to obtain advance information on dates, etc, especially by telephone. Otherwise all satisfactory as in previous four years.

The plane was clean and the service from the staff on board was excellent. We were kept fully informed all the time and the free sandwich and meal were a lovely touch.

Great feedback, it sounds like you had a great trio and it is lovely to hear that the hotel assisted you when you required medical attention. We hope that you choose to FlyDirect on your next getaway
Usual great service - apart from the check-in in Jersey.
I would imagine that was the fault of the airport handling agents rather than FlyDirect. 3 flights together in one queue !!
