Very good service with no hassle, much better than going through Gatwick. The only problem was that if you arrive at the airport more than 2 hours ahead (when check in opens) there is very limited...

It was not their fault there was 2 hours delay which we understand was due to French Air Traffic Control and yes we would use them again.

Generally good but our change of address was not noted even though we advised the office of this twice. Our travel documents were sent to our old address.

The check in for flights needs to be improved , particularly at Jersey which is really slow . Long queues even when you get there well in advance of time specified .
No Fly Direct rep at departures...
It was a good flight, and the crew were very friendly and professional. We had a delay on the way out, and return journey, but nothing serious. Also, good flight times for us. Will use again, and...
