Thank you for your feedback, and we’re very sorry to hear of your disappointment with both the onboard catering and the delay to your flight.
We will pass on all feedback to our partners at BA CityFlyer
While these operational issues were outside of our direct control, your feedback is welcomed. We’re sorry we were unable to deliver the experience you expected on this occasion and we do hope that you reconsider booking with FlyDirect for a future trip.
The service was good and the staff were helpful and friendly the hotel reception was nice and very relaxing and the bar area was good, a nice spot to meet other people on holiday.
