The plane did not have refreshments to purchase on the outward leg and very limited on the return.
We were delayed by over 3 hours coming home.

With regard to the delay, there was a technical problem on the return flight, BA dealt with this as fast as they could and sourced a replacement plane. We genuinely think that is worth delaying the journey in order to keep our clients safe.

We have used the Fly direct service on many occasions and find the service smooth and most importantly speedy, albeit we were delayed on both sectors, the latter being air traffic problems so...

So convenient and whilst you do pay a premium level of fare so much hassle is removed. The BA plane was very good

Good service seeing booking was made last minute. This was nearly a five star rating. I would be very happy to use FD again and to recomend to other people.

Very good, other than our one and a half hour delay. However, considering how much we paid for the flight we should not have had to buy our own snacks and drinks.
