Service was fine .... living on the Isle of Man ..... but the return flight from Palma to the IOM on 23/07/2022 was delayed by 3 hours (because of crew issues)

I would always use direct flights from Isle of Man so much easier
But on the return flight from majorca
The communication was so bad
We found out by checking the internet ourselves our flight was...

We are investigating why the crew didn't keep you posted at all times. With regards to the flight times, at the time of booking you already know the times, so that it's not a surprise when you travel. We are looking to offer different times for next program.

Fantastic experience and dealing with Fly Direct was so easy. The return flight was delayed by 3 hours which was OK but a lack of information was frustrating which is why I haven’t awarded 5stars.
