From start to finish I have nothing but praise about the service. We requested special assistance at the airport and on both sides it was provided in a friendly efficient manner.

Excellent as usual. Only problem, out of their control, was lack of inflight food and drinks in both directions.

Service provided by FlyDirect was excellent. Being a direct flight from Jersey the extra cost far outweighs the hassle of travel via London.

The flight was Great. BA staff were so helpful. Afternoon evening flights are invariably delayed - 'twill be nice if IOM schedules are first - Jersey has had its turn!
