Delivery good but part was "bent". Due to cistern wall proximity, had difficulties in ligning up with free movement, and had to make a small spacer bar to gain free movement. Then works ok.

My order came as notified and instructions left with supplier with regards to leaving my order in a safe place were followed. The device works well and was easy to install.

Works very well, takes up little space. Easy to fit. Thumps when closing as in previous reviews, but this can be eliminated if the handle is held down for a few seconds. Time will tell if it lasts.

The Kit Was excellent the only problem I had was the metal bracket that bolts the unit to the toilet bowl was found to be practically rusted away also the seal that goes with it had deteriorated to...

Unfortunately the fitting ring supplied was too small for the cistern and my plumber was unable to fit the product.

Web site a bit confusing. Delivery good. Installation instructions confusing.

Quality of item was high-standard, Ever so swift dispatch, Would buy from again.
