Emma Sorry that your experience wasn't satisfactory. I will look in to the spelling matter and ensure our call centre agents are more diligent. Re delivery we use Royal Mail for all our deliveries to keep the cost down but their first class service is 95-98% 1-2 day delivery on UK delivery. We don't currently have published figures on France. However, we will monitor this and see if there is an ongoing issue.
