Upon the Airlines response which was rejecting our invitation to settle outside of Court proceedings due to crew sickness, we then pursued your claim by issuing Court Proceedings, this with your best interests intended to get your rightfully owed compensation.There are 2 options following an airlines denial, either to close your claim meaning you receive no compensation or to issue court proceedings in order to recover your compensation.
