Hi,
I’m really sorry about this, I have to hold my hands up, this was my mistake. I am not in the business of creating unhappy customers, I want you all to be super happy that you bought from First Chop so I’m going to do my best to put this right for you. I’m going to send you a list of our beers that do not contain wheat so you can choose another case from us and I will send you that and a couple of First Chop glasses to go with them. Please feel free to share the ones you already receive with friends and family who can consume wheat.

Rik and the team at Chop did everything they could to deal with my issue very promptly as he’d outlined in his response to my original review. Really refreshing to deal with a business who were so personable and clearly really care about their products and customers alike. I’ve tried both RED, CAL and DAS now, which I have to say are all really delicious! I will definitely be coming back to Chop to support the business in future and drink some more of the lovely range of beers. Thanks again Rik!
