Out Of Date Cheese

Ordering was simple but the cheese arrived with a Use By Date which was before the order date. A replacement has been promised but not arrived yet.

This is why your fresh product was sent with a standard ice pack, while your frozen product was shipped in a specialised refrigerated box with dry ice and additional ice packs to ensure it remained frozen during transit.
