Poor
The hidden fees at the beginning of the DMP which increases dependant on your payment is immoral and un-ethical. I tried to settle my debt early but that feel under deaf ears from Nathan.

Our fee is 18.5% of any payment that you make towards your debts - this will of been made clear to you in your initial advice pack and any further letters of the advice you received when you completed your annual reviews. Do it yourself
You could do it yourself for less.
Call you debtors.
They don’t really offer you any service.
Some of my creditors they never knew the balance of until I’d finished - they just estimated it.
