Website is fine, easy to use. Product not so good. I got soaking wet speaking to agent on ticket machine with window down in pouring rain. Not good.

Experience was fine till I discovered I'd have been cheaper paying when I turned up as it was £50 for 3 days and I had paid, I think £54.
