The instructions/warnings regarding the situation of the parking facility is atrocious and I would not have booked with you had I been warned of your inability to set out a simple approach. No wonder...

I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment but I believe there may have been a misunderstanding. I assume you are referring to the first paragraph of the directions where we advise customers not to follow SAT Nav directions as they can be inaccurate and advise customers to follow the printed directions.

We are not aware of customers having difficulty following the printed directions but as the car park is located on site at the airport simply entering the postcode into a SAT Nav device will not point the customer in the correct direction and we feel it necessary to advise customers of this.
