We're sorry to hear of your disappointment. The prices for East Midlands are on a live feed so it's possible that when your first started your quote then JetParks was available but by the time you had come to complete your booking then JetParks was now full and not available to book.

I have checked again this morning and JetParks is still showing as full.

We're sorry you were not able to book your first choice of car park and would always recommend booking as early as possible for the widest range of choice. I'm pleased that you were able to complete your booking for Long Stay
