I have always used FHR when booking parking when I go on holiday. We have also found booking with fast track a bonus as no queue I also prefer getting parked as close to terminal building as possible

I booked the car park on 12-2-21 for 13-2-21 at 08:00 and don't get any confirmation after pay, so I will get other booking paying second time for parking

I can see that you made a booking within 24 hours of arrival, which did not complete in our sytem at that time. As you are a valued repeat customer, you will know that this does not normally happen and I most sincerely apologise for the system error on this occasion and a full refund was actioned as soon as we were aware of the problem.

Thanks for your comments. Refunds have been taking us longer to do due to fewer staff working and the volume of cancellations. I have however looked into this for you and can see ypu were refunded on the 16th February.

Easy website to use and good prices

Good website .... easy to use but disappointed they don't say what their cancellation policy is ..... I had to send an email to find out.
